Hamdi and Maria

Hamdi, a young Gazan construction worker has nearly lost his entire family to a stray Israeli missile. Hamdi''s daughter Maria, a vivacious and charming young girl, was mortally injured in the attack and was transferred to a hospital in Israel so she could receive the kind of care which is unavailable in Gaza.
Hamdi follows his daughter and the film "Hamdi and Maria" exposes the viewer to the reality beyond the newspaper headlines.
