The wall that is being built for the past four years, separating Palestinians and Israelis, is not just a means of security - it also personifies the nature and aspirations of both people. Does a high fence makes better neighbors or will it leave an open wound that will never heal? The series follows the events related to the wall and its surroundings for three years. It gives the impression that it is focusing on the physical essence of the fence/wall, its construction, the effect it has on the local inhabitants, the economic and ecologic aspects - indeed all of these are addressed, however, it takes it a step further showing the battle on the image of the fence, the righteousness and the March of Folly on both its sides. The second chapter describes the resistance to the wall. The forces fighting against it  - Palestinians, settlers and left wing activists, who object  the mass of Israeli citizens, supporting the fence.
